At Aya Healthcare, I lead end-to-end UX/UI strategy for Workforce AI, designing Workforce Planning, Predictive Scheduling, and Predictive Staffing modules—contributing to $35.5M in secured contracts across 7 clients in 2024.

With expertise in enterprise SaaS, AI-powered decision-making, and user-centered design, I bridge the gap between business strategy and product innovation.
